Came here for trip, had awesome 5 days overall. The standard double room overlooked garden. What was important for me - good bathroom and extremely friendly and really friendly staff in all areas. Location: the hotel was near restaurant, and the beach near the palms at night. I ate at the seaside restaurant near the property.

Wi-Fi was bad, made me a little nervous.

The service was amazing, that made the hotel amazing place. I was there for 9 nights and ate at beach restaurant with different cuisines. I truly enjoyed that the food for breakfast was decent.

The room was outstanding & tidy with a garden, balcony plus big bathroom. Favourable and perfect location - a few steps away from everywhere we needed. And it was also close enough to the beach bar.

The room is tidy and outstanding, comes with garden view, balcony on 2nd and balcony. The services are amazing, including a great pool. Keep in mind, the parking is on-site. They have cold beverages in the beach bar.

Liked how newly renovated and absolutely great the property was and its well-trained staff in all areas. Perfect location of the hotel to the mall at night. Plus, it was just next door to the beach's restaurant, the beach for all day long and the larger reef to the North.

I booked a room with a comfortable bed, central heating, an individual safe, and multi-channel TV. The location couldn't be more particularly good and absolutely perfect to the larger reef to the North. Moreover, it was near to restaurant, the beach and Egypt.

Enjoyed having a mini bar, satellite television, and climate control in the well-equipped room. Its location was excellent on the Palms.

Fairly clean property with very professional staff in all areas. Best possible and exceptionally nice location on the beach near the palms at night, and 35 min walking distance to Cleopatra Beach. Also - so close to the mall and the restaurant. Large rooms provided with balcony and big bathroom and a garden.

Everything about it was perfect. All the employees were wonderful and pleasant. Our room was reasonably spacious and convenient with terrace, balcony plus big bathroom, slept well.
